We had a rat under our house, and despite hiring another pest control company 3 weeks before contacting Michael we were hearing more and more sounds and the bait trap they set had not been touched. Getting increasingly anxious, I contacted Michael and he got back to me right away, quickly identified the entry point, installed rat flaps, and came every day for a week to lay down poisin & check that it was being consumed  - within a week our problem was sorted.
